• I was introduced to Construction & Remodeling fields by my own dad (Mahesh Joshi) and his bestie (Architect, Construction & Remodel Company - Purohit Architects Gujarat, India). This was during my upper elementary years during a new shopping center built out on a newly allocated land for a very first time and my dad took me to see it. It was so much fun.

• During my dad's / my own house built, my interest in construction/architecture ignited. This was because I was on site the whole time to keep an eye on the raw materials, inventory and labor hours during my dad's office hours.

• Purohits were also my own school teacher's family and so my passion for this field was enlightened with all the amusements and possibilities. During the inventory selections, I was often consulted as my mom's health was worsening and it was my dad's wish to show and live in her own house. With this, there was a scope/timeline to each project related to construction or architecture projects and during this entire time, I was involved. I felt so important every time and with so much love and all the inclusions in every thing related to this field that after few months, I took initiatives to walk to my construction managers to seek more details. As per my dad, it was important for me to be involved as the head of family in absence of my dad or mom or may be it was just a joke. 

• My consult and involvement was an absolute must and so as soon as my school was over, i was required to make a trip to site and it had become a fun trip for me. Later in early hours of night, I would visit with dad as well to see what was then done.

• It delivered me excitement of building something from scratch and that I realized in my older teen years that this field is so important for infrastrucuture!

• Back then, it was like a field trip for me being the mini-boss of the project. It was introduced to me so beautifully that throughout my life, it has become a passion and a pattern for me to build from scratch on land or my own at every place I stayed or been to and so I did.

• At every built under me, I added few more specialities by taking hands onn training from these amazing people. ​I was required to take some courses which I took as per guidelines and these were provided by local institutes.

• In 2016, my indian certificate(this one is tenure based/laws) for building/construction expired and either way the usage of this certificate was name-sake from 2004 in USA. I work with local certified contractors and builders most of which are my own projects/my own usage or for fun once a while.

2023 my specialities have reached to the following : 

• Residential, Commercial, Rentals, Multi Floor on existing structures

• Re-modeling, Condo, In-built Furniture Designs, Custom wall furnishings

• Floor Specialities : Performing Arts, Gymnastics, Marble/Stone, Karate, Concrete, Spring, Shock Proof, Wood Floorings, Tiles, Waterproof Custom Materials.

• Plumbing Designs/Lines, Electric Lines/Designs, Blueprint-Master Plan, Permits

• We do not offer courses on these or it is indirectly taught to our own In-house Graduates.

• Total Projects Combined of All of above - 6. Successfully delivered, operated & own used as well.
