  • Trainings :

    • 1984 : Bharatanatyam Trainings From her mother Lt. Daksha M Joshi (Non-Commercial Drama Artist): Style: Sadir/Sathir/Ancient Bharatanatyam. Completed in 1990.

    • 1984-85 : Formal Bharatnatyam Training started with Ms. Daksha. V. Joshi. Style : Kalakshetra Style. Completed & Started Internships in 1996.

    • 2015 : Kalaripayattu - Darpana Academy of Performing Arts, Ahmedabad-India. Beginners To Intermediate, Intermediate to Advance.

    • 2015 : Chhau : Started in 1998, intermediate in 2010 and in 2015 completed Chhau at Darpana Academy of Performing Arts with dance drama props and costumes.

    • 1992 to 1995 : Kshatriyas : / Both styles. Full time course at schools. Continued Practicing until 2000. It is an ancient classical art form / martial art form, lost in time. 

    • 2015 : MFA in Fine Arts (includes study materials from kalakshetra foundation entire margam structure as is by rukmani devi arundale and many others.)

Non-Indian : American Contemporary / Broadway.
