Independent Projects (External to my own Company Assignments) - 

​

I actively encourage my students and associates to form their own groups and develop independent dance projects. This approach helps them deepen their understanding of genre-specific technicalities while refining their unique specialties. Through this initiative, they gain independence while having the option to establish their own brands under my mentorship.

 

I provide them with full platform support—some resources are available at a reasonable cost, while others are offered as exclusive perks for those who progress through my structured training modules and Elite levels.

 

Contracts vary depending on the nature of assignments, client engagements, or vendor-related activities. While these individuals typically operate independently beyond their internship or participant roles, I step in if I notice deviations from the assigned genre or project scope. Importantly, they are compensated based on agreed-upon terms—whether set by them or their guardians—aligned with their module-based training skill sets. In these instances, I take on the role of a client for the specific project, ensuring clarity on exact requirements.

 

This initiative operates separately from regular company-assigned work. However, the company may still be involved in some capacity through other Elites or participants under my leadership. And, I/company get paid as well through all the activities.

 

Until 2019, many activities were part-time or project-based, so I outsourced them to my trained team, ensuring technical accuracy and success.
