Background -
My name is Hetal M. Joshi, with 18+ years of experience in DFW and expertise in over 300 skills across 14+ fields, such as world politics, STEM, language, wellness, sports, fitness, religion, performing arts, salon and beauty, intellect judge, training and development, textile and fabrics, IT, food & diet, construction and remodeling, dispute resolution, visual fine arts, music, and cultural studies. My latest addition to my specialities is finance.
My journey, detailed atwww.hetaln.com, includes multiple master’s degrees, numerous certifications, and accolades in international speech and debate competitions.
I take honor in scoring highly on global aptitude and IQ exams such as IIM and Ahmedabad Management Association tests, reflecting my proficiency in public speaking and discussions without which clearance of those exams or compliance of simple general knowledge would not be possible. I specialize in youth programs (ages 8+) and women’s empowerment, inspired by my family’s legacy in government service across countries. My general knowledge, consistently in the top 85th percentile, enriches my initiatives and contributions on global platform as per my international grading. As a community leader, I’ve served as PTO Vice President twice with strict votes / voting process by parents, DI District Manager, and actively supported schools and cultural organizations through supplemental programs, sponsorships, and fundraisers.
Since 2005, I’ve judged competitions. I have mentored over 6,000 graduates across 10+ fields, both independently and the count of school-affiliated programs is unknown. January 24th, 2025 marks my 24th tournament as a skilled judge for ISD. 24th count is of an event, 1 event can have multiple rounds/seeding events that may last upto 1 year and so considered as 1 event only. 24 of those makes it min x 3 i.e. 72 to 75 such events.
I am also a mentor for junior judges by curriculam in academics world as well that is fundamentally focused to core educational and practical core knowledge. My judgement activities lists to variety of paid, volunteer, fundraisers, sponsored(where i sponsore/i pay), charity in lieu of services/perks, or exchange of services. My collective knowledge, education, experiences of real world industries allows me to qualify for several fo these activities.
In most of my own programs under me, i do incoporate these skills, trainings and education. I am a mentor judge(for younger judges) to 2 international reality online and inperson/hybrid competitions in USA for bollywood & modeling genres.
For performing arts, I judge classical (margam bharatanatyam) and non classical (folk, creative dance, drama, monologues, auditions, bollywood, spiritual dances).
My dedication to education and talent development continues, with plans for further certifications.

Type of Judgement I do :
*Paid
*Volunteer
*Fundraisers
*Sponsored - where i sponsor / i pay
*Charity in lieu of services or perks
*Exchange of services
*I do not judge the programs or events or rounds where my students participate & some we don't participate at all. Once a while parents do get caught too as they come by to compete without telling me :). I just walk out of the round and there is no bias anyway.
